Biden in South Africa for World Cup 2010

Vice President Joe Biden arrived in Johannesburg Thursday. He will represent the United States at the opening ceremony of FIFA's World Cup tournament. Saturday he will watch the U.S. soccer team play against England in Rustenburg.
